The BEM is entirely dependent on gifts for its administration and church planting and evangelism projects and therefore cannot pay salaries. All BEM workers have the same responsibility to find a partner church or individuals who will support them financially.

Missionary work is an on-going spiritual battle which cannot be won alone. Having brothers and sisters in Christ who surround and support them in prayer is absolutely essential.
